Do your Shocks need servicing?

Some easy signs to look for include oil weeping from seals, visible damage, poor ride quality, unstable handling, noises and clunks over bumps and squeaks.

As a general rule, a 4wd that does 35,000kms a year of touring will require a shock service every second year or around 50,000kms.

Keep in mind, Bearings and bushes are consumable items and may require replacement as soon as 30,000kms depending on terrain, vehicle weight and environment.
